Immobilia Polska to build an office building in Lublin

The company Immobilia Polska is commencing the development of an office and retail complex in the Czechów district of Lublin, at 14 Związkowa Street. The project will include a four-story building with a total area of 10,000 m² and a volume of 39,400 m³. Each floor will offer units totaling 1,500 m², with retail spaces located on the ground floor and office areas on the upper levels. The design also provides for 200 parking spaces, including 105 in a two-level underground garage. The entire project documentation was prepared by Autorskie Studio Architektury – Jarosław Matwiejuk.
