In Świdnik, a complex worth over 70 million PLN will be built

The City Municipality of Świdnik (Lublin Voivodeship) has announced a tender for the general construction of the Multifunctional Development Center on Grota-Roweckiego Street. According to the documentation prepared by PAS Projekt, the construction of a facility with a usable area of ​​6.8 thousand m² and a volume of 72.7 thousand m³ is planned. Bids with a deposit of PLN 500,000 will be accepted until May 17th. The completion of the order is expected within 20 months (1 year and 8 months). The city has received PLN 26 million from the Government Fund for Strategic Investments for the implementation of the investment project worth a total of PLN 71 million. Mayor Waldemar Jakson, Deputy Mayor Marcin Dmowski, and MP Artur Sobon announced this information during a press conference. The city is also counting on the support of the Ministry of Sport, awaiting a decision regarding the application for co-financing in the amount of PLN 28.5 million from the "Sportowa Polska" Program.
