Innovate is going to build shopping gallery in Drawsko Pomorskie

The Konstruktor workshop is the author of the documentation of the construction of the shopping gallery planned at 1 Złocieniecka Street in Drawsko Pomorskie (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The developer of the outlet, which is going to have a usable area of 9,000 sqm, is Innovate, a dependent company of Hosso Holding. We have written in PREM that architect Jacek Sudak from the RDZ Architekten workshop has been collaborating with the investor on preparing the 0.8-ha property for the investment. The company paid 2.4 mln PLN for the property for the investment. ■
