International Campus and Alkyon will construct a dormitory with ca. 1,000 units in Krakow

International Campus, in collaboration with Alkyon Partners, is conducting preparations for the construction of a hotel complex for students and young academics in Kraków, at the science and technology complex in the Zabłocie district on Romanowicza Street. The enterprise, named "The FIZZ Kraków", designed by IMB Architekci, is going to entail construction of a building with approx. 1,000 apartments, an underground parking garage for 88 vehicles, and outdoor parking spaces for cars and bicycles. ■
