PHN is seeking contractor for „Intraco Prime” office building with gla of 12,000 sqm in Warsaw

Until May 31, Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) will be collecting bids with a deposit of 400,000 PLN concerning the general contracting of the "Intraco Prime" office building (originally named "Intraco City A"), planned in the vicinity of the existing Intraco building on Stawki Street in Warsaw, near Andersa Street. As we have reported, the design of the investment was prepared by the consortium of Juvenes Projekt and Intec Projekt workshops, and the design stage was supervised by Seco Polska. The current parking lot will be used for the construction of an 8-story building with 3 additional underground levels and a lease area of 12,000 sqm. Works on the enterprise are scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of this year and should take two years. ■
