Intuo will erect office building in Gdańsk

Intuo is conducting preparations for the construction of an office building on 144 Grunwaldzka Street in the Wrzeszcz district of Gdańsk. The investment will entail the construction of a 6-story building with a lease area of approx. 2,000 sqm. Construction works are to begin in the second half of this year and should take approx. 2 years. Design of the investment has been prepared by architect Paweł Kleczek. ■
