Inwestgrupa is preparing construction of aparthotel

Inwestgrupa has commenced the sale to individual investors of housing units located in the "B Urban" aparthotel, planned on Jaworska Street in the district of Fabryczna in Wrocław. The outlet, which is going to be 13 stories high, is going to house 452 micro-apartments with areas ranging from 25.5 to 37 sqm. The investment, designed by AP Szczepaniak, is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. ■
