Jakon will erect production complex

In mid-October, Jost Chemical obtained permission for the construction of a production-warehouse outlet with a social-office section in Kościan (Wielkopolskie Province). Jakon has been entrusted with the design and contractorship. A complex with an area of approx. 6,000 sqm and a cubature of almost 46,000 meters³ is going to be built in the first stage. The development of the factory is also being considered. The investor is in possession of an approx. 3.5-ha lot in Kościan. ■
