Jania Construction will build retail park

Jania Construction is conducting preparations for the construction of the Q Park retail complex on Lecha Kaczyńskiego Roundabout in Myślenice (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a GLA of 2,500 sqm, an Orlen fuel station and a carwash. The investment is scheduled to be put to use in the second half of 2020. The project was prepared by Grupa B7 Architekci, while commercialization is supervised by the Rapit Real Estate Agency. ■
