JB Development is preparing construction of Karuzela shopping center with area of approx. 1,000 sqm in Szczecin

JB Development is preparing the construction of the Karuzela shopping-service outlet on Struga Street. The enterprise, located near the Kaufland supermarket, is going to consist of the construction of a building with an area of almost 1,000 sqm. In April, the company Rent Polska Alfa, whose shareholder is JB Development, applied for permission for the construction of an outlet with a cubature of over 7,600 meters³ on Struga Street. Design works were carried out by Łukasz Szykuć (Studio AG). ■
