JB is going to expand Karuzela shopping gallery

JB Development and Retail Concept are preparing the expansion of the Karuzela shopping center in the area of Kolejowa and Miłosławska streets in Września (Wielkopolskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a retail park with a lease area of 8,000 sqm, located opposite the existing complex (12,000 sqm), which was completed in 2016 by ZBR Budrem, on the basis of a design prepared by MTDI Group. The investment is going to be put to use in 2022. ■
