JBU will erect office building in Lublin

JBU has obtained environmental permits for the construction of an office building on 3 Gęsia Street in Lublin, the construction of which we initially mentioned this year in May. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a four-story building with a development area of over 3,000 sqm and a total area of approx. 12,000 sqm. Let us recall that the investment will be carried out in the vicinity of "G7 Inter Office". In 2020, we reported that Fereira was entrusted with the contractorship of a building with an area of approx. 12,000 sqm. JBU is a company whose management includes Jarosław Urban and Jerzy Korszeń. Design of the investment has been developed by Studio 3 Jerzy Korszeń. ■
