JHM Development will erect building with 167 flats in Mszczonów for Inwestdom

Inwestdom signed a contract with JHM Development from Mirbud group, concerning the general contractorship of the "Nova Dworcowa Apartamenty" building on Dworcowa Street in Mszczonów (Mazowieckie Province). The value of the contract has been established at nearly 42.2 million PLN net. The investment will entail the construction of a three-wing, 5-story building with 167 flats sized 27-87 sqm each and an underground parking garage which, along with the outdoor parking lots, will provide 168 parking spaces. The works are to be finalized by the end of October of next year. ■
