JL wants to build teaching complex in Ostrów Maz.

The authorities of Ostrów Mazowiecka announced that JL (47.9 million PLN) and Arcus Technologie (55.9 million PLN) have taken part in a tender procedure concerning construction and furnishing of a primary school and a public kindergarten on Partyzantów Street. The enterprise, designed by Limba Eko, is going to entail the construction of a 3-story building with a usable area of 6,100 sqm and a cubature of 29,400 meters³. Let us recall that in PREM 999, we reported that Graphite Group had won the contest concerning the development of a concept for the investment. The order is to be carried out over a period of 30 months (2.5 years). ■
