Hosso Holding commences construction of a shopping mall in Swiebodzin with gla 12,000 sqm

Last week, the company "Eko-Janas" began grounds works for the construction of a shopping gallery in Świebodzin (Lubuskie Province). The order was placed by Hosso Holding. The enterprise is going to consist of the development of a 2.4-ha property on Słowiańska Street, where an outlet with an area of 12,000 sqm and a cubature of almost 83,000 meters3, along with a parking lot for 400 vehicles, is going to be built. The complex is scheduled to be put to use at the turn of the third and fourth quarters of 2018. Jacek Sudak from RDZ Architekten took part in designing the investment, which is going to be built without a general contractor. ■
