JMS commences construction of Vendo Park shopping mall with gla of 4,000 sqm in Chodzież

 Recently, JMS has begun works on the construction of the Vendo Park shopping center in Chodzież (Wielkopolskie Province), on Buszczaka Street, on a property of the former Porcelit plant. The developer of the outlet is Trei Real Estate, while Woźniak Projekt is the author of the documentation. As we informed, the complex, with a lease area of 4,000 sqm, is going to be built on an approx. 2.2-ha property, close to the existing Lidl supermarket. The outlet is scheduled to be put to use in August of next year. ■
