JMS to build retail park in Chełmża

PKB Inwest Budowa has commissioned JMS to act as the general contractor for the construction of the Chełmża Retail Park, located on the border of the town of Chełmża and the village of Kończewice in Toruń County (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). As part of the project, a retail complex with a leasable area of 11,700 m² will be developed on a 3.3-hectare plot. Scallier is the investment partner. Recently, we also reported that PKB Inwest Budowa had entrusted JMS with the execution of similar retail parks in Kiekrz (Rokietnica commune) on Poznańska Street and in Zawiercie (Silesian Voivodeship) on Wojska Polskiego Street.
