JMS will build shopping center in Świdnik

Sa Freston, company with personal ties to LCP Properties, has entrusted the Toruń based company JMS with the general contractorship of a shopping-service center on Armii Krajowej Avenue in Świdnik (Lubelskie Province). The complex of buildings with an area of 11,200 sqm and a cubature of 56,000 meters3 is going to be erected on a lot with an area of 1 ha. The tenants will include shoe, sports, beauty stores, household electronics store, and a Biedronka chain store. Design of the investment has been developed by PA Plewa, and Realm collaborated on obtaining permits. ■
