JSK is designing residential complex for Vastint

Vastint Poland is obtaining permits for the development of properties with an area of 1.8 ha, located in the area of Kolorowa and Pastelowa streets in Poznań. The enterprise is to entail the construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with 251 flats and a free-standing parking garage with an area of 10,000 sqm. The 1st stage of the investment, which is being designed by Mariusz Rutz from JSK Architekci, is to entail the construction of 7 buildings with a total cubature of 35,800 meters³. ■
