Juvenes/Intec consortium will design "Intraco City A" office building with area of 12,000 sqm in Warsaw for PHN

PHN (Polski Holding Nieruchomości) has chosen the offer submitted by the consortium of Juvenes Projekt/Intec Projekt in the tender concerning development of documentation and architectural supervision over the construction of the "Intraco City A" office building on 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw. The enterprise will entail the construction of a building with a lease area of approx. 12,000 sqm in the vicinity of the operating Intraco building.
Let us recall that in September 2014 we reported that PHN was going to entrust JEMS Architekci with the designing of an office complex at the intersection of Stawki and Andersa streets. The investment, which was to entail the construction of buildings with a total lease area of approx. 38,000 sqm, was divided into two stages. ■
