Kajima is building first stage of logistics complex in Łódź for 7R

Kajima Poland is the contractor of the first stage of the "7R Park Łódź East I" logistics complex, which 7R is going to build on 20 ha in the area of Brzezińska Street in Łódź. Let us recall that in March of this year, we informed about 7R's plans for the construction of halls with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm, including an outlet with an area of 30,000 sqm built in the first stage. Construction works are going to be carried out using the "design and build" formula. In October of last year, we wrote about Quantum Developments' preparations for the development of the property with an area of over 20 ha on Brzezińska Street in Łódź. Design works were carried out by, among others, Piotr Biliński. ■
