Kajima is building student hotel

Kajima Poland is building a student hotel in the area of Wilanowska Avenue and Modzelewskiego Street in Warsaw. The enterprise, to be completed by September 2023, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a total area of 18,500 sqm. Let us recall that the company owned by Kajima Europe and Griffin Capital Partners is developing a chain of facilities under the Student Depot brand. ■
