Kajima will build City Park Targówek

Kajima Poland has acquired a contract for the general contractorship of the 1st stage of construction of a warehouse-office complex in the location of soon-to-be demolished City Park Targówek on Matuszewska Street in Warsaw. The investment, supervised by Colliers Poland, is to entail the construction, in stages, of building development with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm. The first building will be handed over to tenants in the 3rd quarter of 2023. City Point Targówek is a part of the logistics portfolio purchased by Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors as part of a joint venture. ■
