Kajima will build logistics complex in Świebodzin

Kajima has been chosen as the general contractor of a logistics center, which Exeter Property Group (EPG) is going to build on Wojska Polskiego Street in Świebodzin (Lubuskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in May 2019, concerns construction of buildings with a total area of approx. 136,000 sqm. Design works have been carried out in collaboration with Space2Design, which is a part of Space Factory Holding. ■
