Kajima will build Weber-Stephen production complex

Kajima has commenced works on the construction of the Weber-Stephen production-warehouse complex in Zabrze (Śląskie Province), on the premises of the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of outlets with a total area of approx. 80,000 sqm, including 50,000 sqm built in the first stage, including an office section with an area of 4,000 sqm. Works are scheduled to take through August of next year. Let us recall that the developer of the enterprise is Panattoni Europe, which was obtaining permits for the development of the property with an area of 21 ha, located on Guido Henckela Donnersmacka in Zabrze-Mikulczyce. The architectural partner of the investment is Grupa Projektowa Port. The value of the enterprise has been established at 53 mln USD (over 202 mln PLN). ■
