Kalter invests in Ząbki

Kalter Nieruchomości will undertake the development of the "Ogrody Andersena" residential project in Ząbki near Warsaw. As part of the planned project, a complex of buildings will be constructed in the vicinity of Andersena and Jagiellońska Streets, featuring 123 apartments with a total area exceeding 16,000 square meters, including 6,800 square meters of residential space. The project design was developed by the local firm 4am Architekci, and the general contractor will be the developer's parent company, Kalter.
