Kalter will build residential complex in Warsaw

Yareal Polska has entrusted Kalter with the general contractorship of the "Strefa Wilanów" residential complex on Kieślowskiego Street in Warsaw, between the intersections with Klimczaka and Oś Królewska streets. The enterprise, based on documentation prepared by the Kuryłowicz & Associates workshop, will entail the construction of nine buildings with approx. 300 flats, 6 retail-service units, and 450 parking spaces. ■
