Kalter will build residential complex with 277 flats in Pruszków

Kalter has acquired a contract from Bouygues Immobilier Polska, concerning the general contractorship of two stages of the Enclave residential complex on Prusa Street in Pruszków (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise is going to entail construction of a building with a total of 277 flats (151 by 28.02.2020 and 126 by 29.05.2020). Let us recall that in July of last year, we informed about the investor conducting preparations for the enterprise in collaboration with architect Daniel Frąc from Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Ogólnego Budopol. ■
