Kamiński is going to build "Galeria Wrocławska" in Bytom

Kamiński Budownictwo, as the general contractor, is conducting works on construction of the "Galeria Wrocławska" shopping-service center at 67 Wrocławska Street in Bytom, near the recently built Lidl store. The investor of the enterprise, which is to be put to use in the 4th quarter of this year, is P4U20, which belongs to Spot Rec Management. The outlet with a lease area of 3,500 sqm is going to be built according to a design prepared by APP Bykowski. The tenants of the complex are going to be Pepco, Rossmann, KIK, eMPIK, Tedi and Media Expert. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that Kamiński Company was entrusted by Stary Stadion,
a company with personal ties to P4U20, with the contracting of a shopping complex with a lease area of 2,000 sqm and a cubature of 18,000 meters³ on Narutowicza Street in Bytom. The design was prepared by APP Bykowski and PP AC Adrian Czyż. ■
