Karmar will build shopping center

Karmar has been chosen as the general contractor of the shopping center which Acteeum and Equilis are going to build in Andrychów (Małopolskie Province). Let us recall that the investment, in the area of Biała Droga, Krakowska and Przemysłowa streets, is going to consist of the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 24,000 sqm. Design assumptions were prepared by NC Architekci. The works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. According to unofficial information, Dekra is involved in the enterprise and Leroy Merlin is going to be the operator of the "DIY" outlet. Karmar has collaborated with Acteeum and Equilis on the construction of "Galeria Chełm," with a lease area of 17,500 sqm, which we wrote about in February of last year. ■
