KG Group is going to build Atut shopping center

KG Group has carried out the disassembly of the former fruit processing and wine-making plant in Sucha Beskidzka (Małopolskie Province), in the area of Mickiewicza and Beniowskiego streets. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of the Atut shopping center with a GLA of approx. 5,200 sqm, with outlets of, among others, the following chains: Lidl, Media Expert and Pepco. The developer has announced applying for building permission by the end of this year. Let us recall that in March 2017, we informed about KG Group purchasing a property in Sucha Beskidzka, however, the location of the property and its parameters have not been revealed. ■
