KKBud is supervising construction of IKEA shopping center

KKBud is managing the construction of an IKEA shopping center in the area of Białowieska and Mieszka I streets in Szczecin. The scope of the company's services is going to include the supervision of works and contracting documentation, comprehensive investor's supervision and building commissioning. In the preparatory stages, the company also carried out project supervision and supervised the choice of the general contractor of the outlet with an area of over 47,000 sqm. Let us recall that construction works are being conducted by Prime Construction, on the basis of documentation prepared by ArchiCe (architecture, road works and inter-industry coordination) with the collaboration of SDŻ Projekt (construction) and MProjekt (sanitary and electrical installations). ■
