Euro Styl will build Konstelacja residential complex with 640 flats in Pogórze near Gdynia

Euro Styl, company from Dom Development Group, is commencing construction of the Konstelacja residential complex on Paderewskiego Street in Pogórze near Gdynia. The complex, designed by Rayss Group, will comprise seventeen 4-story buildings, with a total of 642 flats with usable area of 34,600 sqm. The first stage, which is to be put to use in 2024, is going to entail the construction of two buildings with 82 flats sized 37-79 sqm each. ■
