Kram Investment is planning to build the KPark retail park in Mysłowice, Silesian Voivodeship. The project will involve the development of a commercial complex with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 22,000 m². According to unofficial sources, the investment will be carried out on a site prepared by Shopp.City. In May this year, it was reported that the company KM Imioła had submitted a building permit application for a retail and service center at 75 Katowicka Street. The scope of work was to include the partial demolition of an existing building and its expansion and reconstruction into a complex with a cubic volume of 132,000 m³. The architectural concept was designed by Bulak Projekt. Court records show that KM Imioła is linked to companies Sent To and Imso. Previously, in February last year, Cream Property Advisors was reported as the project manager for a 20,000 m² retail and service center planned by Shopp.City, to be developed through the redevelopment of a former Auchan hypermarket near Katowicka and Bończyka streets.
