KSSE is going to build industrial-office complex in Żory

In early March, KSSE (Katowice Special Economic Zone) applied for permission for the construction of Akcelerator Biznesowy Kssenon (Kssenon Business Accelerator) in Żory (Śląskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex of four industrial halls with office-social sections with a usable area of almost 15,000 sqm. The Silesia Architekci workshop has won the contest for preparing the project assumptions. The cost of the investment is established for 40 mln PLN gross. ■
