Lalak is going to build multi-family complex

Lalak Development is preparing construction of the "Chodźki Residence" multi-family building in the area of Chodźki, Smorawińskiego and Szeligowskiego streets in Lublin. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 6-story building with 220 flats with usable areas of 27-126 sqm each. The design of the investment has been developed by JPA – Jabłoński Pracownia Projektowa. Let us recall that in PREM 965, we reported on the purchase of a lot with an area of 3.5 ha for this investment from Orange Polska. ■
