LCP Poland to open M Park Opalenica in November

LCP Poland is the developer of the M Park Opalenica retail park in Opalenica near Poznań. As previously reported, Optima Michał Gozdek has been appointed as the general contractor. The project is being developed in the southern part of the town, near 3 Maja Street and regional road no. 307. The investment will comprise 5,000 m² of GLA and will be prepared for ten tenants. The opening of the facility is scheduled for the end of November 2026. Atelier Architektury Marcin Matusewicz (Studio 7) and Grupa Projektowa Piotr Ołdziej were involved in the design works. LCP Poland acquired the project from Family Partners, which is responsible for general contracting and supports the investor in the commercialization process. This is the fourth retail project launched by LCP Poland in 2026, following developments in Zawiercie, Nasielsk and Biała Podlaska. Confirmed tenants of M Park Opalenica include Jysk, Sinsay, Rossmann and Xtreme Fitness. A Lidl store operates in the direct vicinity of the investment. A car park for 126 vehicles is planned next to the facility. "2025 was a record year for us – we opened as many as 15 M Parks, which significantly strengthened our position on the retail park market in Poland. At the beginning of 2026, the pace of development is already even faster – in the first weeks of the year we launched four new projects, including M Park Opalenica," says Magdalena Kowalewska-Kasperowicz, COO of LCP Poland. LCP owns more than 95 retail, office and warehouse properties in Poland. At the beginning of 2023, the total area of the company's assets exceeded 360,000 m², while their estimated value amounted to EUR 500 million.
