LCP Properties to open a retail park in Szubin

LCP Properties has finalized the purchase of a plot of land in Szubin (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) designated for the construction of the "M Park" shopping center. The land was acquired from RWS Group, which had initially planned to develop a complex with a total area exceeding 8,300 m², along with a parking lot for 366 vehicles. It is worth noting that the permits for the investment were obtained by Xema, a company associated with RWS, and the architectural concept was developed by Arch Biuro Architektoniczne Tomasz Gwiazdowski. In May of this year, it was announced that JMS had been selected as the general contractor, with earthworks commencing in June. The opening of "M Park Szubin" is scheduled for mid-2025. Under the agreement, RWS Investment Group is responsible for the construction, while leasing processes are being carried out jointly with LCP Properties.
