Lech wants to build for 22 million PLN an office-industrial edifice wth area of 5,000 sqm in Bydgoszcz

Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe Lech has offered the lowest price (22 million PLN gross) in a tender procedure with the budget established at 23.4 million PLN, issued by the Bydgoszcz Park of Industry and Technology (BPPT), concerning the general contracting of an office-warehouse-production building in Bydgoszcz. The enterprise, located on Bydgoskich Przemysłowców Street, is going to entail the construction of a business incubator with a usable area of approx. 5,000 sqm and a cubature of over 40,000 meters3, which will serve as headquarters for over 20 companies. Design works were carried out in collaboration with Michał Łukowski (BA Miguel) and Mariusz Janik (Architekt Studio). The investment is to be carried out over a period of 18 months (1.5 years). The other bidders were: Budimex (22.5 million PLN), Erbud (23.2 million PLN), Girder (24.4 million PLN), Wegner (24.9 million PLN), Projprzem (25.3 million PLN), Strabag (25.4 million PLN), Ebud (25.5 million PLN), Alstal (26.2 million PLN), Kontbud (26.4 million PLN), Dolmar (27.1 million PLN), and KWK Construction (29.9 million PLN). ■
