P.W. Lech is going to construct for Grupa Moderator 1st stage (400 flats) of a residential complex in Bydgoszcz

P.W. Lech has been chosen as general contractor for the 1st stage of a residential complex, which Grupa Moderator is going to build in the area of Pomorska, Rycerska, and Świecka streets in Bydgoszcz. This stage of the enterprise, named Industria, is going to entail construction of five buildings with approx. 400 flats in total. The design has been prepared by Archhouse. Let us recall that in April 2018, we reported that WXCA and Archhouse had been preparing a concept of the BociaNowe complex with 1,500 flats for Moderator. ■
