Łęgprzem has commenced construction of shopping center with gla of 3,000 sqm in Kraków for KG Group

Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlano-Produkcyjne Łęgprzem has commenced works on the first stage of the Atut Złocień shopping-service center in the area of Agatowa and Domagały streets in Kraków for KG Group. The enterprise, conducted without the general contractor, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a total lease area of 3,000 sqm. Commercialization is being handled by BOIG Property Consulting, and B2 Studio is responsible for the architectural design. Tenants are going to include the Stokrotka supermarket, Pepco, Rossmann, Buczek bakery, and the Kolporter newsagent's shop. ■
