Łęgprzem will erect training complex

MKS Cracovia, a dependent company of Comarch, signed a contract with the Łęgprzem Construction-Industrial Corporation for the contractorship of a training-research center in Rączna, commune of Liszki (Małopolskie Province). The value of the works, which should be completed within 14 months, is going to exceed 38.4 mln PLN net. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of, among others, ball-playing fields and stands, a building serving as a soccer training base along with infrastructure and development of the investment. The center is going to be used mainly for the purpose of training children and youth under 23 years of age. Let us recall that in October 2015 we informed that the commune authorities signed a letter of intent concerning the lease of a property with an area of 6 ha. ■
