Lem-Bud to build the Sigma Office Center in Toruń

Lem-Bud has announced plans to build the Sigma Office Center in Toruń, located at 194 Grunwaldzka Street. The project, to be developed on a property acquired in May this year, will consist of an office building with a total area of approximately 7,000 m². The investment will also include an underground garage for 97 vehicles and a surface parking lot with 60 spaces. As previously reported, Lem-Bud purchased the 0.7-hectare site for PLN 8.7 million. ■
