Lemax will carry out office building with lease area of 7,000 sqm in Rzeszów according to design by M

Lemax is conducting preparations for the development of a property, located at the intersection of Moniuszki, Lisa-Kuli, and Zygmuntowska streets in Rzeszów, near the Żołnierzy Wyklętych Roundabout. The enterprise, designed by MWM Architekci, is going to entail the construction of the "Corner Point" office building with an area of 9,000 sqm (lease area of nearly 7,000 sqm).
Let us recall that this year in April, we reported that Lemax was collaborating with MWM Architekci on obtaining permits for the construction of an office building with a cubature of 26,000 meters³ on Handlowa Street in Rzeszów. ■
