Leroy Merlin will build shopping center

Leroy Merlin has purchased a Tesco shopping-service center at 7 Serbska Street in Poznań and announced plans for redeveloping the center and adapting it to meet the chain's standards. Let us recall that last year in February, we reported that Tescohad applied for permission to modernize an outlet with a development area of approx. 20,000 sqm. Bieniasz Nicholson Architekt collaborated on the investment. ■
