Lidero Consulting is going to build residential complex with approx. 500 flats in Radom.

Lidero Consulting has received a construction permit for the 1st stage of a residential complex on Wernera Street in Radom (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of two buildings with 90 flats with a cubature of 34,000 meters3. The architectural design has been developed by Dar-Projekt (Hussien Maghraby). The investor is planning to develop approx. 3 ha of land, formerly occupied by the Start stadium, for the purposes of a residential complex with approx. 500 flats in total. ■
