Lidl is planning construction of logistics center in Gucin

Lidl is obtaining administrative permits for the construction of a logistics center in Gucin (Łódzkie Province), by the provincial road no. 473. The investment is going to be located on lots with an area of approx. 30 hectares, which are to be used for the construction of a complex with a cubature of 1.35 million meters³. The architectural partner during the enterprise is architect Rafał Brok from RB Projekt Pracownia Architektury. Let us recall that in PREM 1159, we reported that Lidl was conducting preparations for the construction
of a logistics center in Gietrzwałd (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province), on a property with an area of 40 ha, which, in the 1st stage, is going to be used for the construction of a warehouse with an area of 80,000 sqm. Meanwhile, in PREM 1166, we wrote about an investment planned in Bożepole Wielkie (Pomorskie Province), on lots with an area of 25 hectares. Inwestproj architectural office is collaborating on both projects. ■
