Lidl is planning construction of shopping pavilion

Lidl has applied for a construction permit for a shopping-service pavilion at the intersection of Berensona and Zaułek streets in Warsaw-Białołeka. The enterprise will entail development of 0.7 ha of land, which is currently taken up by a Carrefour store with a total area of 1,900 sqm, which is to be dismantled. A new outlet with a cubature of 10,000 meters³ is going to be built according to a design developed by Tomasz Gałuszka from ATG Architektura i Prowadzenie Inwestycji. ■
