Lidl will build distribution center with area of 80,000 sqm

Lidl is obtaining permits for the development of a property with an area of 25 ha on Siemianowicka Street in Bytom (Śląskie Province). The planned enterprise is going to entail the construction of a distribution center with a total area of 80,500 sqm. The 1st stage is to entail the construction of a building with an area of approx. 70,000 sqm. During preparations, the investor is collaborating e.g. with Ekogeneracja.
Let us recall that over the past few months, we reported on Lidl conducting preparations for the construction of a distribution center in Kopanka (Małopolskie Province, area of 72,000 sqm, arch. Kwadrat Polska), as well as on Lidl entrusting Erbud with the contractorship of complexes in Piorunów (Mazowieckie Province, area of 83,000 sqm, arch. Kwadrat Polska) and in Dobroszyce (Dolnośląskie Province, area of 67,000 sqm, arch. Grupa RB). ■
