Lindner to deliver Holiday Inn hotel with 364 rooms in Warsaw

Lindner Poland and SPIE have begun construction works commissioned by Projekt Sobieskiego on a new hotel development at 87 Sobieskiego Street in Warsaw. The project involves completing and adapting an unfinished structure into an eight-storey condo-style complex featuring 364 rooms ranging from 18 to 24 m², to operate under the Holiday Inn brand. The hotel will be managed by Grupa Hotelowa, with Grupa Kapitałowa Oaza Investment as the developer. Completion is scheduled for October 2027. According to court records, both Projekt Sobieskiego and Oaza Investment are linked to Grupa Kapitałowa Salwator. It is worth noting that back in 2008, Grupa Salwator initiated a hotel development on the same site in cooperation with Mitex. The project was initially planned under the Hotel System chain, later with Hilton Garden Inn, but construction was eventually halted.
